Adding new switch

1) Look how "SeparateRFCS" is made in the source code.
2) Alter procedure Sp_RadioSetup add the new switch you created.
3) Look for other  "Sp_RadioSetup" and the same as you did in step 2.
4 Add new column in Radiology..tbRadiosetup depending on the name you created.
