1.get the latest exe in philhealth folder named philhealthVSS and folder 50PERCENTupdate,then get ICD SYNC folder in \\192.168.8.6\medsysapps\CLIENT in 8.6/200.6
2.backup medic_caseratecomputation sp as medic_caseratecomputation_backup2024
3.medic_caseratecomputation,additional_50% and fn_getDateCaseRate sql files must be run first, then inform programmer to check the program and will check ng cf2fees sql
