Step 3: To enter new vital signs you need to enter the monitoring profile, blood pressure, temperature, respiratory rate, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, date and time taken. You can click Save button to save entry, click on refresh button to view the latest update from the database and click on exit button to close the program.
