This option allows you check or view the reports for Census Report, Diet List, Discharges for the Day, Income Report, List of Medicines Posted, List of Requests or Orders, List of Supplies Posted and Patient Discharge Notice Status

Step 1: Click on Nurses Activity Requests tab option.
