OR Technique
1. Patient in supine position.
2. Asepsis/antisepsis was done at the right/left radial/femoral area. Sterile drapes were applied.
3. Local anesthesia was given using 2% Lidocaine.
4. A Fr. 5/6 Transradial/Transfemoral introducer sheath was inserted using a Modified Seldinger's technique.
5. A Fr. 5 Tiger/JL3.5/4/JR4 catheter was inserted anterogradely via the radial artery to the aortic root.
6. Cannulation of the left and right coronary systems were done. Angiography of the left main artery, left anterior descending artery, left circumflex artery were done using the following projections: RAO, LAO, caudal and cranial at 15fps.
7. Diagnostic catheter withdrawn.
8. Pressure was applied.
