Specifying the data source

Use the Data tab to define the OLAP data source.

1. Click Server Type.

   The Choose OLAP Type dialog box appears.

2. Select the OLAP Type you are using.

   

3. Click OK.

   The Browse For Database dialog box appears.

4. Click Browse, and select the OLAP source.

   This example uses the xtreme cube.hdc found in the OLAP Data folder.

5. Click Open.

   The Browse For Database dialog box appears.

6. Click OK.

   The Data tab appears with the supplied data source information.

7. Click the Next tab.
