Formatting background color of entire rows/columns

Use background colors to emphasize rows or columns within you Cross-Tab.

1. Right-click the blank top-left area of the Cross-Tab and select Format Cross-Tab from the shortcut menu.

   The Cross-Tab dialog box appears.

2. Click the Customize Style tab.
3. Click the row (in the Rows area) or column (in the Columns area), and select a color from the Background Color drop-down list.
4. Click OK to return to the Cross-Tab.

   The row/column is formatted as specified.
