Report Experts

The tutorials in this section show you how to build a report from scratch. As a complement or an alternative, however, you may want to use the Report Experts available through the Seagate Crystal Report Gallery. There are eight Report Experts:

• Standard
• Form Letter
• Form
• Cross-Tab
• Subreport
• Mail Label
• Drill Down
• OLAP.

Each Expert guides you through the creation of a report by providing a series of tabs. Many of the experts have tabs unique to a specific type of report. For example, the Mail Label Expert has a tab that allows you to specify the type of mailing label you want to use.
